Show Rules
*UPDATE*
- Trucks will now be allowed to leave after awards (awards will start between 5 and 6 pm and will be done by 7pm before the band starts)
- We recently decided to donate $5 from each admission and all proceeds from raffles to the American Heart Association to give back. We couldn't do this without everyone and would like to say thanks.
- Campsites are now available for reservation

- You MUST pre-register online! 400 show trucks max!
- The deadline for show vehicle registration is May 31, 2023 (or until we hit the cap of 400 vehicles). No registrations at the show.
- All sales are final. Show is rain or shine.
- Trucks are not allowed to leave early unless requested before event starts, or an emergency occurs
- You must provide your driver’s license when checking in at the show registration area.
- THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION TRANSFERS!
- Trailer parking will be available for people who trailer their truck to the show ($20) and for vendors.
- Camping is offered ($50)
- No alcohol. No pets (excpet service animals). No golfcarts/ATVs/Side by Side. (Unless for Vendor booth).
- No burnouts. No bands/DJs (we will be having a band to finish off the show). No stock vehicles. (We have the right to reject any stock trucks at the gate. Owner will still recieve admission, show decal, drawstring bag, and show t-shirt)
- All BBQ pits must have a fire extinguisher.
- Show vehicle registration is $50 and includes admission wristband, drawstring bag, show decal, and show t-shirt
- Spectator day wristbands are $15. Kids under 12 are free.
